HEALTH & SAFETY
We hold CHAS Advanced accreditation and work with independent Health & Safety consultants to ensure full compliance with legislation and best practice. Construction Phase Plans, risk assessments and method statements are prepared prior to commencement, with ongoing monitoring and auditing to maintain a safe and well-managed site.

SPECIALIST PROCUREMENT
High-end hotel and spa projects often involve specialist materials, bespoke joinery, feature lighting,
natural stone, tiling packages and complex MEP coordination. Our commercial approach focuses on
early risk identification, specialist supply chain engagement and detailed package management.

PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT
Programme delivery is carefully managed to safeguard quality. A detailed master programme, short-
term planning and daily coordination ensure milestones are achieved without compromising
standards.

QUALITY ASSURANCE
Quality is embedded from the outset. Our “snag as we go” approach ensures every stage – from strip-out to final finishes – is continuously reviewed against approved samples and specifications. Special attention is given to the integration of services, lighting, acoustics and finishes in spa areas, where technical performance and ambience must operate seamlessly together.
