This project involved the comprehensive refurbishment of 253 guestrooms and all associated en-suite bathrooms at Club Quarters St Paul’s, alongside the complete upgrade of the hotel’s public areas, including the gym and lounge facilities.

The works delivered a modern, high-quality aesthetic, elevating both guest comfort and overall hotel experience.

Carried out within a fully operational hotel, the project presented significant logistical challenges. Through meticulous planning, phased sequencing and close coordination with hotel management, the refurbishment was delivered with minimal disruption, resulting in a refreshed, contemporary environment across the entire property.
